Jessica Scott-Mann earned her MSW from the University of Georgia in 2015 and her BS in Psychology and Communications from Florida State University in 2011. She holds independent licensure as an LCSW in the state of Georgia.

Jessica has been involved in the mental health field since 2010, having worked primarily in acute psychiatric crisis intervention with individuals ranging in age from childhood to late adulthood. She has worked in case management and therapist roles in both inpatient and outpatient hospital-based programs with a wide range of psychiatric, addiction, and dual diagnosis populations. Jessica also has experience serving vulnerable populations including Veterans, individuals impacted by trauma, adolescents in state custody, and older adults diagnosed with neurocognitive disorders.

Jessica has been published in The American Journal on Addictions and The Journal of Behavioral Health Sciences and Research, and also previously worked as a clinical research coordinator running clinical trials for psychotropic medications. Jessica’s passion for academics, research, and helping individuals striving for higher education lead her to the RCLD in 2018.
